Jeremy Rifkin has been influential in shaping public policy in the United States and around the world. He has testified before numerous congressional committees and has had consistent success in litigation to ensure responsible government policies on a variety of environmental, scientific and technology related issues.

In his capacity as a personal advisor to the President of the European Commission Romano Prodi, Mr. Rifkin drafted the critical memorandum which led to the EU becoming the first superpower to implement a long-term plan to become a fully integrated hydrogen economy by mid-century.
